Principal’s Weekly Update—Week of January 16

Principal’s Weekly Update—Week of January 16

It was wonderful to have so many families and friends at our Martin Luther King Celebration last Friday! The brave leadership of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. helped teach respect, dignity, and equality for all people. These lessons are for all times and all places.

Check out the fabulous photos of our MLK Celebration, taken by our wonderful kindergarten ESP, Val Tompkins!

The weather has certainly been bringing us ups and downs with temperatures and precipitation of all sorts, and it looks like we might have a bit more snow this week. Please make sure your child(ren) come to school prepared for outdoor fun at recess with jacket, snow pants, boots, hat, and gloves/mittens. We do have some extra snow pants and boots if needed.
