Principal Madden’s Weekly Message—Week of June 6, 2022

Photos

This week’s photos show some of our kindergarten students in our Maker Space (“Techknowledgy” Lab). They are great discoverers and explorers! Also, one of our fine fourth graders spends some of his recess time picking up trash with his own tool! This is super helpful and appreciated.

Also, thanks to kindergarten caregivers who are helping us create more sand play space in our courtyard! One photo shows some parents hard at work on Friday afternoon.

And, here is a great photo of our Girls on the Run! The kids completed their end of season Celebration 5K this morning at Western New England University. What a perfect day! Thanks to Michelle Walden and Kate Braidman for coaching and nurturing our team!

Grades 4-5

Nurse Karen and PE Teacher, Rebecca Minton, will be co-teaching puberty classes for grades 4 and 5 during the upcoming couple of weeks.
