Building Computers in Grade 4

The students at Ryan Road and Jackson Street dove into the beginning of year with high-tech projects such as seen here–building Piper computers with the use of Raspberry Pi’s and monitors. Students traditionally have a step by step curriculum for each grade level exposing them to different aspects of this overall project like the physical construction, learning to code with Minecraft code and then moving onto the Piper code, however Covid has students a bit off schedule. This is an example of students diving into the construction part and they will go over circuits and electricity next week.
