Principal’s Weekly Update—Week of February 5

This week’s photos show our kindergarten science observers studying the habits of mice that Mr. Ted, our naturalist educator. They discovered that it is true, that mice actually prefer cheese to other foods!

The other photo shows our first graders working on making applesauce with Grow Food Northampton. We are lucky to once again have their collaboration with our school.

In the Upcoming Dates below, you will notice the announcement of our second annual Science Night! This was a huge success last year, and we are looking forward to the night of fun and learning again!  Last week, there was an information night, and students were given tri-folds to display their projects. If you missed it,  but you want to get involved, tri-folds and the information sheet are available to anyone interested in the school office.
